CURA is built by a small team, and we like it that way. There is no ticket portal, no chatbot maze, no phone tree. If you need us, email hello@curavision.ai and a real person will read it.

One address for everything

In plain English: Email hello@curavision.ai. That is the whole system.

hello@curavision.ai goes straight to the people who build CURA. No routing rules, no support tiers, no "your message is important to us." Whatever you need, that is the address.

What to email us about

In plain English: Help, billing, cancellations, privacy requests, security reports, and press are all welcome.

Help with the app. Something broken, a platform connection acting up, C.C. doing something weird, or a question about how anything works. Screenshots help.

Billing and cancellation. To cancel a subscription, email from your account address and say "cancel" — that is enough; it is processed promptly, with no retention gauntlet, and you keep what you paid for through the end of the period. If a charge looks wrong, we will sort it out with Stripe, who processes all our payments.

Privacy. Requests to access, export, correct, or delete your data — see the Privacy Policy for what we honor and how fast.

Security. If you find a vulnerability, please tell us before you tell anyone else. Put "Security" in the subject line so we spot it fast. We take these seriously and we are grateful for them.

Press. Happy to talk about what we are building. Just say who you are and what you are working on.

When you’ll hear back

In plain English: Usually within two business days. Security reports jump the queue.

We are a small team, so we will not pretend you will get an instant reply at 3am. Most emails get a real answer within one to two business days. Security reports get looked at first, ahead of everything else.

Why there’s no contact form

In plain English: A form is one more database holding your info. Email is not.

We collect as little about you as we can, and that applies to this page too. An intake form would mean another store of names, messages, and metadata sitting on our servers. Plain email keeps the conversation between your inbox and ours, nothing extra in the middle.

If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we have context if you reach out again. That is the entire filing system.
